3. How We Use Your Data

• Billing data: will be retained for the legally required period for tax and accounting compliance (generally between 5 and 7 years depending on the applicable jurisdiction).
• Technical data (logs): are automatically deleted within a maximum of 90 days.

TactiClip only uses essential technical cookies necessary for the operation of the service:

• Session cookie (Supabase): necessary to keep your session active after authenticating with the magic link. It is deleted when you log out.

We do not use advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics cookies. We do not use tracking pixels or similar technologies for advertising purposes.

10. Minors

TactiClip is a professional service aimed at sports coaches and analysts. It is not designed for or directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not intentionally collect personal data from minors. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us at info@tacticlipfutbol.com so we can proceed with its deletion.

11. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. In the event of material changes, we will notify you via the email associated with your account at least 15 days before the changes take effect. The last update date will always be reflected at the top of this document.

Continued use of TactiClip after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Privacy Policy.
